Golf Academy
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, our Golf Academy has something for you. Choose from private lessons or relaxed, small-group clinics. We offer a variety of programs, including 75-minute Golf Clinics, 2-Hour Golf Camps, Half-Day Specialty Golf Schools, and Full-Day Performance Golf Schools.
Group Golf Programs

- Wednesday and Saturday Mornings from 9:30 a.m.–10:45 a.m.
- Maximum 5:1 Guest-to-Professional Ratio
- 5 Program Subjects on Menu
- Rate: $100 per Guest
Golf Clinics at Black Desert Resort are open to all guests. Beginner, intermediate and advanced players will benefit from our award winning PGA Professional instruction. Each clinic will be customized to the skill level of each player in a fun and relaxed learning environment.
Meet Our Director
Our Director of Instruction, Doug Roberts, is a 25-year veteran of the Jack Nicklaus Academies of Golf, a 2-time Utah PGA Teacher-of-the-Year and is annually rated by Golf Digest as one of the Top Golf Instructors in Utah.
