Play Black Desert Resort
This is more than just a golf course. This is Tom Weiskopf’s final masterpiece. Our 7,500-yard championship course — proud host of PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour — is sculpted into an awe-inspiring Southern Utah landscape of black lava fields and vermilion red cliffs. Tee off and take it all in.
Hole 1
The first hole is a slightly uphill par 4, about 460 yards. There's a big bunker on the right that turns the hole from right to left.
Hole 2
Hole 2 is a 50-foot downhill tee shot playing about 410 yards, featuring a unique double green with Hole 8, set in a stunning lava field.
Hole 3
Hole 3 is a par three with a bunker in the middle of the green, inspired by Riviera’s sixth hole, allowing for creative, challenging putts.
Hole 4
Hole 4 is a downhill tee shot with lava on the right, a wide fairway, and a green set against a scenic canyon backdrop.
Hole 5
Hole 5 is a drivable par 4 for long hitters, with challenging short-game features around the green rewarding accuracy and smart play.
Hole 6
Hole 6 is a par four with lakes on both sides of the fairway, a generous landing area, and an uphill approach to a bunker-protected green.
Hole 7
Hole 7 is a long, semi-blind par five with lava islands near a small, well-protected green measuring about 6,028 square feet.
Hole 8
Hole 8 shares a double green with Hole 2, features a short downhill tee shot, and is protected by lava and a deep bunker.
Hole 9
Hole 9 is a par five playing uphill, with lava and bunkers protecting the fairway and green, offering views of Snow and Padre Canyons.
Hole 10
Hole 10 is an uphill dogleg left with a big bunker, a hidden landing area, short approach, two bunkers behind, and stunning 360-degree views.
Hole 11
Hole 11 is a long par 4 with a wide fairway, downhill approach, and a bunker and pond protecting the green’s right front.
Hole 12
Hole 12 is a long, downhill dogleg right with lava islands separating it from Hole 13, featuring a well-bunkered, demanding fairway and green.
Hole 13
Hole 13 features an elevated tee shot with a lake on the left, a green atop a lava-surrounded knob, inspired by Pebble Beach’s 14th hole.
Hole 14
Hole 14 is a drivable par 4 with bunkers shaping the dogleg and fairway, offering a challenging approach to an undulating green.
Hole 15
Hole 15 is the longest par three at 205 yards, with a bunkered, flat green atop a hill overlooking Padre and Snow Canyons.
Hole 16
Hole 16 is a natural, wide fairway between lava flows with a small, uphill green protected by a big bunker on the right side.
Hole 17
Hole 17 is a 155-yard par three with a small green surrounded by three bunkers, rewarding accurate tee shots and good putting.
Hole 18
Hole 18 is a 570-yard dogleg left par five with lava and bunkers shaping the fairway, and a challenging green inspired by Augusta’s fifth.
