The Black Desert Resort Leaseback Program
Now through December 31, 2025, a limited-time Leaseback Program is being introduced at Black Desert Resort as one of the many programs and options available to owners.*
Black Desert is offering to leaseback units through December 31, 2026, which is the anticipated date for all phase 1 amenities (including the water park and pickleball sports complex) to be completed. Owners will have the freedom to occupy their residences throughout the lease term, subject to availability and program restrictions.
